Autoblade
Your sword swings on its own. Monsters drop materials. Materials fill four forge tanks. Tanks spit out parts. You drag parts onto the sword.
Suddenly your basic slash is a chain-lightning combo burst that crits on every kill.

What you do
- Watch your sword fight automatically — no controls, no clicking enemies
- Drag forged parts onto your sword slots
- Discover reactions between parts: Fire + Combo, Chain + Area, Echo + Crit, and more
- Push deeper, beat bosses, unlock new forge tanks

Early web prototype. Runs in your browser. Built solo in Godot 4. Feedback on pacing, drag clarity, and which combos feel best is hugely appreciated. 🙏

Click and drag doesn't work at all for me (on Firefox 150.0.1), rendering the game unplayble.
like the idea, looks and sounds satisfying, please turn off autostart!
Information is the biggest downfall of this game
Wasn't able to drag anything; unplayable in Firefox.
Thanks to everyone who’s played and left comments — this is still a prototype, and your feedback is directly shaping what I work on next.
Things I’ve heard across the comments and am planning to address:
If you’ve got more feedback, drop it below — I read everything. Really appreciate the time you’ve all taken.
It appears just using the grey items do the highest DPS which is pretty boring and counter intuitive. Unless the DPS counter is just bugged/incorrect
You've got a good baseline here. I think what it is missing the most is information about what each part actually does. Some kind of info box that pops up when you hover over a part and describes the effect it has and some basic stats such as cooldown time/damage value could go a long way.
Also, the drag and drop controls don't feel very responsive. It's mostly a limitation of the web interface. I think a double-click to equip or even just an equip/unequip/merge button on each part would be much better.
double click to equip would be a nice addition
have a reactions achievement screen, have them all ghosted until we discover them. maybe provide a bonus if we do discover them.
slows to a crawl at level 14, need a way to configure out numbers and various other screen artifacts during rendering to speed it up.
